Princeton University conducted The Global Consciousness Project, created originally in the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab at Princeton University, but otherwise universities don't seem to be fully engaged in the matter. What could be the steps taken to bring it to the attention of leading universities and intensify research? Can it be made part of a wider programme?
